REMEMBER! When using the device, protect
children and other bystanders.
2.3. PERSONAL SAFETY
a)
Do not use the device when tired, ill or under the
influence of alcohol, narcotics or medication which
can significantly impair the ability to operate the
device.
b)
The device is not designed to be handled by persons
(including children) with limited mental and sensory
functions or persons lacking relevant experience
and/or knowledge unless they are supervised by
a person responsible for their safety or they have
received instruction on how to operate the device.
c)
The device can be handled only by physically fit
persons who are capable of handling it, properly
trained, familiar with this manual and trained within
the scope of occupational health and safety.
d)
When working with the device, use common sense
and stay alert. Temporary loss of concentration while
using the device may lead to serious injuries.
e)
To prevent the device from accidentally switching on,
make sure the switch is on the OFF position before
connecting to a power source.
f)
Do not wear loose clothing or jewellery. Keep hair,
clothes and gloves away from moving parts. Loose
clothing, jewellery or long hair may get caught in
moving parts.
g)
Remove all adjusting tools or spanners before
turning the device on. A tool or spanner left in the
revolving part of the device may cause injury.
h)
The device is not a toy. Children must be supervised
to ensure that they do not play with the device.
i)
Do not put your hands or other items inside the
device while it is in use!
2.4. SAFE DEVICE USE
a)
Do not overload the device.
b)
Do not use the device if the ON/OFF switch does not
function properly (does not switch the device on and
off). Devices which cannot be switched on and off
using the ON/OFF switch are hazardous, should not
be operated and must be repaired.
c)
Disconnect the device from the power supply
before commencement of adjustment, cleaning and
maintenance. Such a preventive measure reduces
the risk of accidental activation.
d)
When not in use, store in a safe place, away from
children and people not familiar with the device who
have not read the user manual. The device may pose
a hazard in the hands of inexperienced users.
e)
Keep the device in perfect technical condition.
Before each use check for general damage and
especially check for cracked parts or elements and
for any other conditions which may impact the safe
operation of the device. If damage is discovered,
hand over the device for repair before use.
f)
Keep the device out of the reach of children.
g)
Device repair or maintenance should be carried out
by qualified persons, only using original spare parts.
This will ensure safe use.
h)
To ensure the operational integrity of the device, do
not remove factory-fitted guards and do not loosen
any screws.

i)
When transporting and handling the device between
the warehouse and the destination, observe the
occupational health and safety principles for manual
transport operations which apply in the country
where the device will be used.
j)
Avoid situations where the device stops working
during use due to excessive loading. This may result
in overheating of the drive elements and damage to
the device.
k)
Do not touch articulated parts or accessories unless
the device has been disconnected from the power
source.
l)
Do not move, adjust or rotate the device in the
course of work.
m)
Do not leave this appliance unattended while it is in
use.
n)
Clean the device regularly to prevent stubborn grime
from accumulating.
o)
The device is not a toy. Cleaning and maintenance
may not be carried out by children without
supervision by an adult person.
p)
It is forbidden to interfere with the structure of
the device in order to change its parameters or
construction.
q)
Keep the device away from sources of fire and heat.
r)
Before servicing the appliance or replacing the
cutting discs, disconnect the machine from the
power supply.
s)
When servicing the appliance or replacing the
cutting discs, be extremely careful to avoid injury.
t)
The appliance is not intended for chopping hard
foods such as deep-frozen products or bones.
ATTENTION! Despite the safe design of the device
and its protective features, and despite the use of
additional elements protecting the operator, there is
still a slight risk of accident or injury when using the
device. Stay alert and use common sense when using
the device.
3. USE GUIDELINES
The kitchen cutter is intended for cutting, chopping,
shredding (grinding) of meat, fishes, raw and cooked
vegetables. The product is intended for home use only!
The user is liable for any damage resulting from
nonintended use of the device.

ATTENTION: For better protection against vibrations the
clips should be fastened to the container during normal
device operation.
3.2. PREPARING FOR USE
The work surface where the Kitchen Cutter will be located
must be suitable for the size of the appliance. The work
surface must be level and dry and at a height of 80 cm from
the ground with a temperature between 5°C and 35°C.
It must be remembered that the mains parameters are the
same as indicated on the techplate. Position the device
such that you always have access to the power plug.
Prior to use, thoroughly clean the device and equipment.
3.3. DEVICE USE
START-UP
Set the rotating speed via the knob for controlling speed.
Start up by pressing the button "I". Stop by pressing the
button "0". Attention: The device can be filled with food
only when the power is off. The knob for controlling speed
should be at "0" position. Please note that this device can
work continuously for maximum 3 minutes. Following this
time, the device may turn off by itself. In this case, please
unplug the device. After a 10 minutes break, the device
can be plugged in again. Any food packed inside cannot
exceed 1/2 of the tank volume. Failure to comply can cause
damage to the device.
PROCEDURES
Turn the loading arm into anticlockwise direction to
remove cover.
Pay close attention to the two blades when filling
the container with food. Big parts of food should
be cut into smaller portions before before filling the
container.
Warning: the food in container is not allowed to be
more than 1/2 of the total volume.
Put the cover into initial position, and then rotate the
loading arm until it will be locked.
Press the start-up button.
It is forbidden to work with low speed for a long
period of time.
While device is working, if needed, extra food can be
added via the hole on the cover.
Press the red stop button when the work is finished.
Speed adjusting knob must be turned to "0" position.
3.4. CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
DAILY CLEANING
Before cleaning always turn the speed adjusting
knob to "0" position and cut off the power.
The device should be cleaned at least one time every
day. If necessary, it can be cleaned more often.
The parts of the device that are in direct or indirect
contact with food must be cleaned.

It is forbidden to use water or water jet to directly
clean the device. Brushes or other tools which may
damage the surface cannot be used.
STEPS OF CLEANING
Clean the cover, rotating blades axis and container:
Rotate the loading arm, remove the cover, and the
blade fixing axis and container can be lifted easily.
Then use water and neutralized detergent safe for
food to clean the above-mentioned parts.
Attention: gloves should be worn for protection
while operating.
Clean the machine body with a neutralized detergent
and a wet cloth. Use dry cloth to dry the machine
after cleaning.
BELT
There is no necessity to adjust the belt. The belt
should be changed every nine months, depending
on the work intensity. At this time, you should
contact the after-sales department of your dealer.
POWER CABLE
Power cable should be checked regularly. If it is
damaged, please contact the after-sales department
of your dealer.
DISPOSING OF USED DEVICES
Do not dispose of this device in municipal waste systems.
Hand it over to an electric and electrical device recycling
and collection point. Check the symbol on the product,
instruction manual and packaging. The plastics used to
construct the device can be recycled in accordance with
their markings. By choosing to recycle you are making
a significant contribution to the protection of our
environment. Contact local authorities for information on
your local recycling facility.
