Child Fit Information

Harness Mode
Children must:
1. Be at least two years of age;
and
2. Weigh between 25 and 65 lbs
(11.3 and 30 kg); and
3. Stand between 34 and 49 in.
(85 and 125 cm) in height; and
4. The top of the child's ears
must be below the top of
the head restraint when
seated; and
5. The harness straps must
be in the closest position
at or above the child's
shoulders when seated.
Booster Mode
NOTE: Britax recommends booster mode only after
the child outgrows harness mode.
Children must:
1. Weigh between 40 and 120 lbs (18 and 54 kg); and
2. Stand between 44 and 63 in. (110 and 160 cm) in
height; and
3. The top of the child's ears must be
below the top of the head restraint;
and
4. The vehicle shoulder belt must lay
straight across the center of the child's
chest, with the shoulder belt guide
positioned above the child's shoulders
and does not contact the child's neck;
and
5. The lap part of the vehicle seat belt
should be worn under the armrests
and rest low on the child's upper
thighs.
