Test partial load condition: this is the test in which the injector is subjected to
partial load conditions of the vehicle.
Test in idle condition: this is the test in which the injector is subjected to the idle
conditions of the vehicle.
Test in pre-injection condition: is the test in which the injector is subjected to
the pre-injection conditions of the vehicle.
After choosing the test item correctly, the next step is to identify the electrical
conditions of an injector, which will be seen in the following topic.
The injector test process is very simple, just carry out the following steps:
Connecting the injector to the equipment
The injector is connected to the equipment by four connections: The electrical
connection (1), the high pressure connection (2), return connection (3) and the oil
connection for measurement, through the jet breaker (4).
To illustrate, we will use a Bosch inductive injector and its accessories.
