Please use this chart to troubleshoot common problems using AIRBOT.

AIRBOT will not purify.
The Filter gives off a

strange smell.
Possible cause
AIRBOT power switch is off.
AIRBOT battery is low.
AIRBOT is not responding and needs to be
reset.
The smell of new materials.
Long-term use of product in rainy weather
causes the Filter damp.
Dust and dirt are accumulating at the air
inlet and outlet areas and on the Filter.
The Filter has expired.
Solution
Remove the Filter and turn AIRBOT power switch on.
Be sure AIRBOT is fully charged before the first use.
Uninstall the Filter and turn on the power switch on
AIRBOT. Install the Filter again and charge AIRBOT.

For everyday use, check if the Charging Dock is plugged
in and that the AIRBOT is powered ON. When AIRBOT
is not working, keep the Charging Dock plugged in and
keep AIRBOT powered ON and charging to make sure it
has a full battery to work at any time.
Turn the power switch off and on to restart it. If the
problem persists, press and hold the RESET Button.
AIRBOT will revert to factory settings. Restart the
AIRBOT.
Place AIRBOT in a well-ventilated area and run it until
the smell goes away.
Let the Filter get intense sun exposure for about 3 hours
before using it.
Clean air inlet, outlet, and Filter as demonstrated in
Section 4.
