Problem
AIRBOT does not follow
the purification path

Possible cause
After setting purification areas, AIRBOT was
switched OFF or was returned to factory
settings, or the map was reset.
AIRBOT was manually moved to a new
environment.
The Charging Dock is moved, or the home
environment is changed greatly.
AIRBOT is followed around while it's mapping.
The furniture and objects on the floor are not
put in place.
The universal wheel is tangled with debris.
The driving wheels are tangled with debris.
The TrueMapping Distance Sensor of
TrueMapping is blocked.
There are obstructions in the purification path.
Solution
Create a new map and set the purification areas.
Once AIRBOT is moved back to the Charging Dock,
AIRBOT will recover its map and purification areas.
To prevent recovery failure, do not get too close to
AIRBOT during the recovery process.
Restore the original home environment or put the
Charging Dock back where it was previously.
Do not follow AIRBOT around while it is mapping.
Tidy up the furniture and the objects on the floor
before having AIRBOT start mapping.
Remove any debris or hair tangled around the
universal wheel.
Remove any debris or hair tangled around the driving wheels.
Remove the debris from the TrueMapping Distance
Sensor of TrueMapping.
Before starting mobile purification, make sure the
preset purification pathway is clear.
