a. Now secure both of them with safety tension lever by first using screw A
on the black ones stopper between the grooves of the fastener. Then tighten
screw A. Do this for both ends.
b. Now push the lever down. If the lever is loose, you must tighten screw A
before locking. Then tighten screw B.

Make sure that the pull-up bar is really tight by gently pressing the device from all
sides with your hands. If necessary, readjust by turning the main rod. Since the door
frame can still give a little during the first few training sessions, you should check
the stability of the pull-up bar before each use, especially in the initial period after
installation, and, if necessary, carefully turn the pull-up bar tighter without damaging
the door frame.
