During the inspection and maintenance of the system, the following items must be documented in a log-
book:
General information on the system used
Information on commissioning the system
Proof of checks carried out
Proof of the proper replacement and disposal of media bags and disposal of sludge trap contents
Any faults that may occur must be rectified in coordination with the responsible authority.
