Cooking
• STEP 1: Wash all
vegetables and peel
them. Cut zucchini and
carrots into small
sticks.
• STEP 2: Mix the water
and flour with tempura.
Heat the fryer to 190 °
C.
STEP 3: Dip the
vegetables in the
tempura dough, drain
them to remove excess
dough and fry for 2
minutes. Once the
vegetables are colored,
put them on an
absorbent paper, salt
and pepper them
immediately.
