Lifting large weights can result in health problems.
We recommend that two people should always lift or carry the device.

Transport the device upright on all 4 wheels to avoid fuel loss, damage to the
equipment and personal injury.

Park the means of transport on level ground so that the device cannot roll away
before it is secured.

Secure the device with approved load-securing devices (e.g. tie-down straps with
clamping elements) on or inside the vehicle. Tie-down straps are belt bands made
of synthetic fibres. Every tie-down strap is marked with a label. The label contains
important details for application. The information on this label must be heeded
when using the tie-down strap.

For loaded goods that can roll, we recommend using direct strapping with four
lashing straps. Secure the wheels of the device in such a way that it does not
move during transportation.
ATTENTION
Do not tighten the belts too firmly. Fixing the device too firmly can cause
damage.

A sharp cutter guarantees perfect cutting performance. Before using the machine,
always check the condition and firm seating of the blade. The blade fastening screw
must always be tightened by an authorised workshop. If the blade screw is tightened
excessively or insufficiently, blade coupling and cutter bar may be damaged or get
loose, which can lead to serious injuries. A worn or damaged blade must imperatively
be replaced.

Lubricate the wheel bearings once a year or every 15-20 operating hours.

Using a wrench, loosen the hexagonal nut and remove the pulley and the wheels.

After the bearings have been lubricated with roller bearing grease
"KAJO-Langzeitfett LZR 2", push the wheels back in place, attach the
pulley, fasten using the hexagonal nut and tighten so that the wheels
can turn easily but without play.

Grease the pair of sprockets (freewheel sprocket and drive sprocket in wheel)
with the roller bearing grease "KAJO-Langzeitfett LZR 2" in such a way that the
gaps between the teeth are completely filled.

the wheel on the axle, if necessary.

WARNING

IMPORTANT

forwards O (spark plug up). If it is necessary to place the engine/mower on its
side, do not place it on the side of the carburettor under any circumstances but
place it on the side of the exhaust pipe as otherwise, there might be issues

ATTENTION
When tilting the machine or placing it on its side, make sure no oil or petrol
escapes. Fire hazard!
The regular implementation of the prescribed maintenance and care work are the
prerequisite for a permanent and fault-free functionality of the engine and also the
basic requirement for any guarantee claims.
The engine should be kept clean, particularly on the outside, and the silencer and
cylinder area must always be kept free from foreign bodies (e.g. grass residue).
The engine and exhaust reach very high temperatures during operation.
Flammable foreign bodies such as leaves, grass etc. may catch fire.
Perfect cooling can also only be ensured when cylinder ribs are always clean.
IMPORTANT
Never use a pressure cleaner or ordinary water jet to clean the engine. Damages
or expensive repairs can be the consequence.

Changing the oil
The first oil change in a new engine is required after approx. 5 operating
hours. Later, it should be done every 50 operating hours or at least once per
mowing season.
