3. Pull the starting handle slightly until you feel a certain
resistance, then pull hard.
WARNING Ensure that the starter grip does not collide
with the motor when returning to its housing. Accom-
pany it to avoid damage to the start-up system.
4. As the engine warms up, gradually opens the air valve
(OFF).

Operation at high altitudes
At high altitudes above sea level the standard air-fuel mixture is too
rich. Increase performance and fuel consumption.
It is possible to improve performance at high altitudes by installing
a smaller fuel nozzle in the carburetor and adjusting the pilot screw.
If the tractor is always used at altitudes greater than 1830 m above
sea level, contact your dealer to make the necessary modifications
to the carburetor.
Also with a suitable carburetor nozzle, engine power will decrease
approximately 3-5% each time you climb about 300 m altitude. But
there would be major reductions in power if modifications were not
made to the carburetor.
WARNING Use of the tiller at lower altitudes than those
for which the carburettor is calibrated may result in redu-
ced performance, overheating and severe engine damage due to too
poor air / fuel mixture.

7. TILLER OPERATION
1. Handlebar height adjustment
WARNING Before making any adjustments, place the
machine on a flat surface to prevent accidental dropping
of the handlebar. To adjust the height of the handlebar, loosen the
adjusting device, select the most appropriate holes and tighten
again.
Adjust the height of the handlebar until you reach the most com-
fortable position (waist height for normal hoe). If the machine pulls
forward during work, tighten the handlebar down. If the machine
does not advance, move the handlebar sideways.
Slightly lower the handlebar so that the front of the machine rises
approximately 6-8°.
2. Depth regulation
Insert the ram using the bolt provided. Remove the bolt and the
locking pin, loosen the fixing bolt and slide the bar up or down in
a timely manner.
3. Clutch operation
The clutch engages or disengages the engine power for transmis-
sion. When the clutch lever is pushed, the clutch is engaged and the
power is transmitted. Tighten the lever. Blades begins to rotate.
When the lever is released, the clutch disengages and the power
transmission stops. When the clutch lever is released, the blades
stops.
WARNING reduce engine speed before operating the
main clutch.
4. Gear switching
The transmission can move to the second gear forward.
The gear lever must be operated according to the gear change plate.
