Startup
Unpacking
⇒ Check the delivery for completeness (compare with the "Scope of delivery").
Setup
⇒ Place the unit on a stable, level work table.
⇒ Place the unit near to a water connection / drain.
⇒ Place the unit so that the power plug can be accessed easily.
Connect
⇒ Slide the drain hose (8) onto the connection piece (13) with a twisting movement.
⇒ Secure with a clamp (1).
⇒ Lay the drain hose at an incline.
⇒ Connect the water hose (9) to the water connection (12) of the unit.
⇒ Connect the water hose to a water supply with a water shut-off valve.
⇒ Carefully open the water shut-off valve and check the leak-tightness of the connections.
⇒ Insert the power plug into a building electrical socket.
Switching on / off
The unit is switched on and off via the on / off switch (2).
After switching on, wait until the trimmer disc has reached its nominal speed
(approx. 2 - 3 seconds).
Do not begin trimming beforehand.
