SAFETY INFORMATION
GB
Note: Before using the meter, please read the Safety Instructions carefully.
To ensure safe operation and service of the tester, follow these instructions.
Failure to observe these warnings can result in severe injury or death.
The meter complies with the CE standards: EN61010-1:2010+A1:2019, EN 61010-
2-032/033: 2012 and electromagnetic radiation protection EN 61326-1: 2013,
EN 61326-2-2:2013 safety standards, and also conforms to CAT II 600 V, CAT III
300 V, double insulation and pollution grade II.
If the meter is not used properly as per the instructions, the protection
provided may be weakened or lost.
1.
Before each use, verify tester operation by measuring a known voltage.
2.
Before use, check whether any items have been damaged or are behaving
abnormally. Do not use the meter if any abnormality (such as bare test
lead, damaged meter casing, broken LCD, etc.) is found, or if the meter is
malfunctioning, .
3.
Do not use the meter if the rear cover or the battery cover is not
completely covered, it may pose a shock hazard!
4.
Keep fingers behind the finger guards and away from the metal probe
contacts when taking measurements.
5.
The function switch should be placed in the correct position before
measurement. To avoid damaging the meter, it is not permitted to change
the position during measurement!
6.
Do not apply voltages over 600 V between any meter terminal and earth
ground to prevent electric shock or damage to the meter.
7.
Exercise caution when working with voltages above AC 30Vr.m.s, 42Vpeak
or DC 60V. Such voltages pose a shock hazard.
8.
Never use the tester on a circuit with voltages that exceed the category-
based rating of this tester. If the range of the measured value is unknown,
the maximum range should be selected.
9.
Before measuring the resistance, diode and continuity online, switch
off the circuit's power supply, and fully discharge all capacitors to avoid
inaccurate measurement.
10. When the "
time to ensure measurement accuracy. Remove the batteries if the meter is
not in use for a long period.
11. Do not change the meter's internal circuit to avoid damage to the meter
and injury to the user!
12. Do not use or store the meter in high temperature, high humidity, or
flammable, explosive and strong magnetic field environments.
13. Clean the meter casing with a soft cloth and mild detergent. Do not use
abrasives or solvents!
