OPERATIONS
1. AC Current/Current frequency measurement (Picture 2)
1.1 Select the AC current range by switching functional dial to 4 A, 40 A or
400 A.
1.2 Press the trigger to open the clamp jaws, and fully enclose one conductor.
1.3 Only one conductor can be measured at a time for correct measurement
reading.
CLAMP METER DCM 2
Note:
The current must be measured within 0°C~40°C. Do not release the trigger
suddenly, as the impact will briefly change the reading.
To ensure measurement accuracy, centre the conductor in the jaws.
Otherwise, there may be a ±1.0% additional error in reading.
When the current measured is ≥400 A, the meter will automatically sound
an alarm and the high voltage alarm prompt "
"OL" on the display indicates that the current is over range and there is a
risk of damaging the meter.
2. AC/DC voltage and voltage frequency measurement (Picture 3)
2.1 Insert the red test lead into the
COM jack.
2.2 Switch the dial to
leads with the measured load or power supply in parallel.
2.3 Press the SELECT button to switch between the AC and Hz measurement
function.
