3. Pull the two perforated edges of the
tray down
The front edge will remove
o
completely, while the rear will
remain attached
4. Install tray in center notches of lower
box and rest the bike, elevated, on the
tray
o The black stamped arrow on the
tray points toward the front wheel
when installed correctly
5. Align handlebars with fork
o Depending on the size of the
bike, it may have been delivered
with the fork turned away from
the handlebars. If so, use the
multitool to loosen the two 4 mm
bolts in the steer clamp.
o By eye, line up the handlebars
with the fork.
o Using the torque tool, tighten the
two 4 mm bolts in the steer
clamp to 6 Nm.
6. Install front wheel
o Remove front axle.
