Remove plastic spacer from

brake caliper. Avoid applying
brakes without a wheel installed
o Fold down front end of lower box
tray
o Fit brake rotor into caliper

Align and insert axle through fork

and wheel
o SWITCH/MTN is equipped with a
quick-release axle that does not
require torquing
8. Remove any remaining ties between
eBicycle and packaging
9. Lift bike, remove tray, and roll bike out
of box
10. Install sidestand
Tighten to 9 Nm using torque tool
