ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
Tools required for assembly: Included wrench, 9/16" and 3/4" wrenches
(2 of each), torque wrench.
Assemble Cargo Basket
1. Place each half of cargo basket on a flat surface with the cargo mesh floor facing down as shown. Line up the locator
tubes and connect the two halves to each other. FIG 1.
2. Install the (4) four 3/8 x 3-1/4" hex bolts through the connector tubes. Install 3/8 hex nuts and tighten securely.
3. Attach center panel by using (4) self-tapping screws. FIG 2.
4. Note: the ROLA panel is attached to side with holes for light accessory kit (sold separately).
5. Insert bottom tabs of reflector in hole then push top tabs in until reflector snaps into place. Make sure the word "TOP" on
the reflector is facing upwards. FIG 3.
