ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
Attach Tilt Assembly To Cargo Basket
1. Place the tilt assembly onto the bottom of the cargo basket and align
the four holes in tilt assembly with holes in basket. The handle side of
the tilt assembly goes toward the tray side with ROLA panel. FIG 4.
2. Install (4) four 3/8 carriage bolts (from inside tray), flat washers and
lock nuts as shown.
3. Tighten all 3/8-16 GR5 bolts to 20 ft-lb.
4. Note: Flat washer will form to bracket.
Attach Bottom Panel
1. Use (4) four M6 pan head screws to attach the bottom panel to the
tray as shown in FIG 5.
Attach Shank to Cargo Basket
1. Align the 2" square shank tube with the tilt assembly as shown in
FIG 6.
2. Install the (2) two ½-13 x 3-1/4" hex bolts through bracket, tube,
and spacer.
3. Install (2) two ½" lock nuts and tighten to 50 ft-lb.
