1. Return to standard control panel
2. Recall of factory settings
Reset the chosen program to factory settings.
3. Gas test
a. Setting manual gas/IGC
(not all versions)
b. Gas test
c. Calibration of IGC (not all versions)
4. Machine settings
a. Torch
Selecting torch and
2-times/4-times trigger mode.
2-stroke: Welding starts when the

torch trigger is pressed down. To end
welding, release the torch trigger, after
which burn back starts. It is possible to
trigger the machine again during post flow.
4-stroke: Welding starts when the

torch trigger is held down. The trigger can
then be released and welding continues.
To end welding, press down the torch
trigger again, after which burn back starts.

Parameter
1
Pre-flow
Pre gas ensures gas coverage before welding.
Pre gas time is the time from activating the torch
trigger until the wire feed starts.
2
Soft start
Soft start improves the ignition characteristics. Here
speed with which the wire shall start is set.
3
Hot-start
Hot-start is a function that helps to create the right
value
temperature in the weld pool at the beginning of a
weld.
4
Hot-start
Hot-start time determines the time in which welding
time
in hot-start takes place
5
Slope-down
The time of the current slope-down is set. By
activating the trigger, the slope down begins in order
to make a crater filling.
6
Final current
The current is reduced from set current to final
time
current.
7
Final current
Welding stops at a percentage of the welding current.
8
Post gas
Post gas is the time from which the arc extinguishes
to the gas flow being disconnected, so the gas
coverage is ensured.
* Changes in values according to the factory settings are indicated by changing parameter icons to
green colour.
** Pre gas and post gas can be reduced for faster tack welding (may result in lack of gas shielding)
