For commercial materials bought from external furnishers, ME.BER. recognizes to the buyer the same warranty as for ME.BER.
suppliers.
1.4.2. DURATION OF WARRANTY
Warranty has a duration of 12 months and it starts 30 days after delivery day; the term is one and can't be delayed because of
renewals or repairs executed durind this period.
1.4.3. WAYS OF APPLICATION
To find the causes of anomalies and so to apply warranty the faulty components must be sent to ME.BER. Repairs and renewals
during warranty will be on ME.BER. opinion executed in its workshop or in assistance centers authorized by ME.BER. itself by thirds
parties or in the same place. For operations executed in the same place the client will have to pay energy sources, extraordinary
equipment and auxiliary staff.
1.4.4. RETURN OF MATERIALS
Before sending items of which it's required the renewal or repair under warranty, it ia necessary a written authorization from Assistence
Office of ME.BER. (§ 7.1.).
Faulty components must be properly packaged to avoid damaging during transport, sent ex works to our seat and provided with :
Data drawn from the badge (§ 2.1.)
Code number and component's position drawn from spare parts' list (§ 7.2.);
Detailed description of fault and way in which it is happened.
The components for which warranty is valid are shipped ex works, the renewed ones remain a ME.BER. property.
1.4.5. EXCLUSIONS
Materials and components liable to ordinary wear and those whose lasting is not possible to determine before are not included in
warranty.
ATTENTION: any form of warranty will decay if the badge is removed from the stretcher.
2. STRETCHER'S FEATURES AND TECHNICAL DATA
2.1. STRETCHER'S IDENTIFICATION
The stretcher is identified by an autoadesive badge fixed on the main structure, which reports indelibly data about CE marking.
The badge must never be taken away. In case of damaging you must require a duplicate. ME.BER. doesn't
recognize the stretcher if devoid of badge and also it let decay the warranty.
