7. TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE
7.1. ADDRESSES FOR THE TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE
For the assistance covered by warranty and/or to require maintenance or repair interventions, or also just to receive information, the
client can avail himself of Technical Assistance Service of ME.BER contacting:

It is recommended, before contacting our Technical Assistance Service, to consult carefully this manual.
In case it is required the service intervention, it is necessary to clearly specify kind and way of the noticed inconveniences, to permit
the service to provide with the most proper material.
7.2. FITTINGS
ME.BER. can supply the complete range of fittings and sanitary products for a professional use relative to the stretcher's use and in
general, of all the medical fittings for emergency aid
The schedule contains a list of the fittings which can be required by the client.
7.3. SPARE PARTS' LIST
To execute an order of a spare part it is necessary to supply:
series number of the scoop stretcher / the spare part's position / code number/ denomination of the part / required quantity
which can be drawn from the following schedule. Order example:

The shipment will be executed by ME.BER. ex works and with check mark.
ME.BER. guarantee the supply of all spare parts in the shortest time possible compatibly with the storehouse's availability and with
the spare part's complexity.
Use only ME.BER spare parts. To renew broken or worn out original parts with others of low quality or produced by one's
own can compromise irreparably the stretcher's working, and it also make the warranty decay.
