Non use of safety belts can cause damages to the patient. Check the tightness of the belts on the patient before
each utilization.
The patient's transport requires the employment of almost two trained and qualified operators. It is recommended the transport with
more than two operators in particular situations. (see § 3.3.).
4.5. CONSERVATION AFTER USE
The scoop stretcher, being built of rust-resisting and weatherproof materials does not require particular care if used in ordinary
conditions. It is however recommended to keep it in a close place, paying attention to protect locking devices and sliding parts from
dust and dirt, to obtain the best efficiency at the moment of utilization.
The scoops can be folded reducing the encumbrance and making easier their storing (fig. 7):
1.
lay down the closed stretcher in horizontal position (pos. 1);
2.
place itself beside the stretcher, near the feet zone profile,
3.
open the right and left locking devices and unthread the two feet profiles at the same time, until the folding joints are completely
got out (pos. 2);
4.
taking hold of the frame at feet extremity turning all this part until complete superposition with the bust zone profile (pos. 3);
5.
put the stretcher in the desired place.
