Possible causes
Drive battery is low and requires charge.
Red LED blinks 5 times when any button of a
paired control point is pressed.
The control point battery is low.
LED doesn't light when any button of a
paired control point is pressed.
The control point is not compatible or not
programmed. LED doesn't light when any
button of control point is pressed.
An obstacle hinders the movement of the
motorised product. The Red LED lights fixed
on.
Drive position is out of the end limits.
Red LED blinks 2 times intermittently and
continually.
Drive is neither set nor paired. Orange LED
lights fixed on.
The thermal protection has activated. LED
blinks red continuously
The end limits are incorrectly set
The motorised product has exceeded
recommended weight limit.
Battery is low. Red LED blinks 5 times when
any button of a paired control point is
pressed.
Maximum number of control points reached.
Maximum/minimum value of the setting is
reached.
End limits are too close
Battery is low. Battery capacity is less than or
equal to 5%.
Solutions
Plug in the charger.
Check the battery and replace it as
required.
Check the compatibility or pair the
control point as required referring to
3.7.1. Adding/Deleting Control point
chapter.
Remove the obstacle.
Proceed to section «Setting the end
limits»
Proceed to section «Commissioning»
Wait for the drive to cool down (LED
will switch off)
Reset the end limits.
Replace the motorised product.
Charge the battery.
Erase control points from memory
referring to add a new control point
