MAINTENANCE
In order to always ensure optimal performance of the equipment, it must be serviced regularly. We also
recommend following our maintenance programs.
Below you can find an indication of the maximum maintenance intervals:
Maintenance operation
General system cleaning
Water filter mesh cleaning
Hydraulic circuit inspection
Probe cleaning
Before carrying out any maintenance operation, switch the equipment off electrically by
pressing the main switch of the line where the same is located.
Before carrying out any maintenance operations, stop the flow of water that reaches the
equipment from the system and depressurise by fully opening the sampling valve.
6.1
GENERAL SYSTEM CLEANING
Perform this operation once a month.
Clean all the equipment surfaces regularly. Only use a damp cloth without adding any solvent or product.
6.2
WATER FILTER CLEANING/REPLACEMENT
Perform this operation every two months.
Wait until there is no more water coming out of the hydraulic circuit.
Unscrew the filter unit tray and remove the filter cartridge from inside; be careful not to lose the gaskets.
Place the cartridge under running water and remove all the debris from the filter using a soft brush.
Remount the filter cartridge and the filter tray on the system, being careful to put the gaskets back in place
properly.
Fully close the sampling valve and restore the water flow in the circuit, opening the valves gradually and
releasing the air from the system. Reactivate the system electrically and check the operating conditions
after it has run the initial test.
