7 TROBLESHOOTING
Mechanical faults
The flow inside the
measurement cell is too low
Electrical faults
No luminous signal, display
switched off
Incorrect measurements
Sometimes liquid may leak from a loose connection or ring nut, or simply due to the rupture of the water
supply tube. When the leak has been eliminated, you must clean and dry any residual water on the system,
which could damage the parts in contact by stagnating.

Check the seal of the o-rings
Check if the filter is clogged
Check the inlet and outlet valves
Check the sampling valve
Check that the equipment is powered correctly (socket and plug). If
the equipment remains inactive, please contact our Service Centre
Check the calibration carefully, if in doubt, reset the instrument with
its default factory settings
Check that the probes are working properly and check their state of
wear
