Fill the unit with water
1. Lift the pivot lid and use a pitcher
or bucket to pour water into the
reservoir. A "FULL" sticker on each
side of the cabinet indicates the
highest level of water acceptable.
2. Total capacity is 4.7 gallons.
Do not overfill.
Locate Place for Your Humidifier
1. Once the unit is assembled and filled, position it at
least 2 inches from the wall to ensure the humidistat
has adequate air to sample. See "Tips for Position-
ing" in the margin.
2. Use a bubble level to ensure the unit is level for
proper function.
OPERATION

Rotate the left knob clockwise to turn the unit on.

The power light will illuminate. Continue turning the
knob to set the fan speed to low, medium or high.

When the unit is almost empty, the Refill light will

illuminate. Refill the unit with cool, clean water.
• To start, set the humidity level between 45-50%. Adjust to desired level after get-
ting a baseline reading.
• It may take up to 48 hours of operation to see overall humidity levels change.
• CDC tests show that humidity levels of 43% greatly reduce the ability of flu virus
to spread.
• We recommend using high speeds during the day to spread humidified air rapidly,
and using low speed for nighttime use.
