11.1.1
Faults caused by operation not in accordance with the user manual.
11.1.2 Normal wear and tear, accident, abuse, neglect, improper assembly, or improper
maintenance of parts, and improper use of accessories by any user.
11.1.3
Parts that are subject to natural wear and tear under normal use, or the above
warranty policy does not apply.
11.1.4 Wear and tear of consumables prevents proper replacement and maintenance,
resulting in faults and damage to other parts.
11.1.5 The warranty card does not match the bike model or the bike model is changed.
11.1.6 Damage caused by overloading, riding over obstacles (including but not limited
to going down steps and falling) and performing extreme sports, etc.

Damage caused by force majeure factors (such as fire, earthquake, lightning
strike and flood).
11.1.8 Within the range of warranty policy, but beyond the warranty date.
Generally, a fully charged battery will endure 90 days in standby mode.
11.1.9
Remember to charge the battery after each use. Depletion of battery power can
cause permanent damage to the battery, and the electronic device inside the
battery will record the charge and discharge of the battery. Damage caused by
over-discharge or under-discharge is not covered by the warranty.
11.1.10 Damage caused by collision during the use of the product and its parts.
