Failure to loosen the bleed screw will cause the trapped air in the
hydraulic system to be compressed after depressurization. Such continuous
compression and decompression of the air will blow out the seals in the hydraulic
system and permanently damage the unit.
3.3.6.
The maximum pressure was set prior to the start of operation of the unit. The
maximum pressure limiting screw was sealed with glue to ensure that the unit
operated at a pressure of no more than 4 (5/6/7) tons. The setting was done by a
qualified mechanic using professional instruments.
Unauthorized repositioning will result in the hydraulic pump not being able to
build up sufficient splitting pressure or causing serious injury and damage to the
machine.
DO NOT ADJUST THE MAXIMUM PRESSURE LIMIT SCREW!
3.3.7.
The unit is equipped with 2 wheels for short-distance movement.
After making sure that the oil tank cover is tightened, grab the handle to slightly tilt
the unit.
Do not transport the appliance with loaded wood!
