Water is collected exclusively during the automatic- AUTO, cooling- COOL and dehumidification
mode Dry accumulated.
During the Dry dehumidification mode, water is discharged through the upper drain and the
dewatering hose must be permanently connected.
The water is fed through the hose into a suitable container or a nearby drain.
WARNING - Danger of flooding!
Never leave the device unattended during drainage into an external container. Empty the container
regularly to avoid overflow and water damage.
During the automatic- AUTO and cooling mode Cool, the water is collected in an internal tank,
which must be emptied when it is full.
In this case, an acoustic signal sounds, the protection code P1 appears on the display.
The cooling process is stopped until the water is drained and the device is restarted while the fan
continues to work.
Disconnect the device from the power supply.
Place the device with the bottom drain over a suitable container or drain. Remove the cover of the
lower drain.
Reattach the cover after the water has completely expired.
Plug the power plug into a suitable power outlet and hold the device back in.
