TECHNICAL INFORMATION
The SMOK, hereinafter called appliance, has
been designed and built to produce smoke of
appropriate composition, density and tempe-
rature that enhances food giving it taste and
colour. The appliance is sized exclusively for
use on FX and BX Angelo po ovens.
Main Parts
Timer with smoking mode selection: to

ing time on one of the three modes (STD,
STRONG or SOFT).
Orange light: if on it indicates that the appli-

Drawer: with two compartments to enter
