MAINTENANCE AND CLEANING INSTRUCTIONS
Before performing cleaning, adjusting, repairing and
maintenance work, switch the appliance off and unplug
the power cord. Wait for the blade to stop completely.
The saw does not require any additional lubrication or
maintenance. However, you must perform regular cleaning for
a continuous and trouble-free operation.
Always keep saw blades clean and sharp. Properly maintained
blades jam less frequently, are more easily controlled and allow
greater efficiency during use of the appliance.
Replacing the carbon brushes
The motor will not start if the carbon brushes are worn out. The
brushes must be replaced in time, otherwise there will be poor
contact between the brushes and the rotor, which may lead to
sparks and damage to the tool. The two brushes should be
replaced at the same time by two brushes with equal
characteristics.
1. Loosen the fixing screws on the carbon brushes cover (4);
2. Remove the worn-out carbon brushes and insert the new
ones;
3. Place the carbon brushes cover and tighten the screws;
Lubrication
The moving parts of the power tool (slide rail and spindles) must
be kept constantly greased to ensure the best performance and
the expected service life.
Lubrication should be frequent, but not excessive. Apply only a
few drops of grease, after each use, to ensure power tool's good
performance.
Cleaning and storage
Cleaning
You can get information regarding the disposal of the power
tool through the person in charge for recycling in your city.

you can dispose on local recycling points.

waste!
