1. Loosen the adjusting screw
one to one-and-a-half turns. Lift up the
guard (4) completely.
2. Lock the cutting disc (3) using an Allen
key (4 mm)(14b)(small image).
3. Loosen the clamping screw (12) with
the Allen key (8 mm) (14a).
4. Lift the used cutting disc from the
mounting flange (19). Push the cutting
disc out from under the guard (4) with
a thumb.
5. Push the new cutting disc under the
guard (4). Make sure that the cut-
ting disc is correctly located onto the
mounting flange.
Ensure that the ground side of the cut-
ting disc is facing outwards.
6. Reposition the clamping flange (20).
The concave side of the clamping
flange (20) always faces the cutting
disc (3).
7. Lock the cutting disc (3) using the Allen
key (4 mm)(14b). Securely re-fasten the
clamping screw (12) with the Allen key
(8 mm) (14a).
If the direction of rotation is marked
on your cutting disc, make sure that
it matches the direction of rotation
mark on the tool.

ment tools and other accessories
may represent a risk of injury to

- Do not use any broken, cracked,
or otherwise damaged cutting
discs.

Switching on and off
1. To switch on, slide the on/off switch

- Never operate the device with-
out protective equipment.
Keep your hands away from
the cutting disc when the de-
vice is in operation. There is a
risk of injury.
Information on replace-
ment:
• Never operate the device without
protective equipment.
• Ensure that the cutting disc dimen-
sions match those of the device.
• Only use cutting discs that are in
perfect working order.
• Never re-drill a locating hole that
is too small to make it larger.
• Never use separate bushings or
adapters in order to make cutting
discs with a hole that is too large
fit the device.
• Do not use any saw blades.
• Only the clamping flange provid-
ed may be used to clamp cutting
tools.
Switch off the tool and remove the
battery before you service the tool.
To avoid breaking the cutting disc
(
3), the clamping screw
(
12) must not be fastened too
tight.
(5) forwards (position "1").The tool will
switch on and start.
