Consult a qualified electrician or service personnel if the connection instructions are not completely
understood, or if there is any doubt as to whether the application is properly grounded. If an extension
cord is required, use only a 3-wire extension cord that has a 3-pin connector, and a 3-hole receptacle
that will accept the connector in the application.
The marked rating of the extension cord must be equal to or greater than the rating of the application.
DANGER - Risk of electric shock Touching any of the internal components can cause serious personal
injury or death. Do not disassemble this application.
DANGER - Risk of Electrical Shock Improper use of the grounding connection may result in electrical
shock. Do not connect the plug to an outlet until the application is properly installed and grounded.
1. A short power cable is provided to reduce the risks resulting from entanglement or tripping over a
long cable.
2. Long cables or extension cords are available and can be used if care is taken.
3. If a long cable or extension cord is used:
1. The marked electrical rating of the cable or extension cord should be the same rating as
the application.
2. The extension cable should be a three-wire grounding cable.
3. The long cable should be placed so that it does not fall on the counter or table
where it can be pulled by children or cause accidental tripping.
RADIO INTERFERENCE
1. Operating the microwave may cause interference with your radio, TV or similar
equipment.
2. When interference occurs, it can be reduced or eliminated by taking the following
measures:
1. Clean the door and sealing surface of the oven
2. Reorient the radio or television receiving antenna
3. Set the microwave oven in the opposite direction from the receiver
4. Move the microwave away from the receiver
5. Plug the microwave into a different outlet so that the oven and receiver are on
different circuits
SECURITY
1. The oven must be on a level surface.
2. The turntable and turntable roller must be placed inside the oven during use. Place the
turntable gently on the turntable and handle it carefully to avoid possible breakage.
3. Incorrect use of reheating plates may cause the turntable to break.
4. Use only the specified size bag when using the Popcorn feature.
5. The oven has several built-in safety switches to ensure that the power remains off when
the door is open. Do not tamper with these switches.
6. Do not operate the oven when it is empty. Operating the oven without food or food with
low humidity may cause a fire, charring, or sparks.
7. Do not cook bacon directly on the turntable. Excessive heat can cause the turntable to
break.
8. Do not heat bottles or baby food in the microwave. It can get unevenly hot and cause
physical illness.
