Guarantee conditions

1. The guarantee will be effective only if the proof of purchase (invoice or sales receipt) is
submitted to NUM'AXES without alterations.
2. This guarantee does not cover any of the following points :
- new batteries,
- new strap,
- direct or indirect risks during transport of the product back to NUM'AXES,
- damage to the product caused by : the user's negligence or fault (e.g. biting, breaking,
cracking, etc.), repairs by non-approved repairers.
- loss or theft.
3. If the product is acknowledged as faulty, NUM'AXES reserves the right to choose wether to
repair or to replace.
4. No recourse is possible against NUM'AXES notably in the event of improper use or breakdown
of the product.
5. NUM'AXES reserves the right to modify the characteristics of its products with a view to making
technical improvements or to complying with new regulation.

7. Photos and drawings are not contractual.
