Instructions for the installer
GENERAL WARNINGS
The place where the oven is installed must have the following environmental characteristics:
 Can be placed outdoors;
 Appropriate lighting and compliance with the hygiene and safety standards laid down by law.
THE OVEN MUST NOT BE INSTALLED IN THE VICINITY OF FLAMMABLE MATERIALS (WOOD, PLASTIC,
FUELS, GAS, ETC.). AVOID CONTACT BETWEEN FLAMMABLE OBJECTS AND THE HOT SURFACES OF
THE OVEN. ENSURE FIRE SAFETY CONDITIONS AT ALL TIMES. MAINTAIN A CLEARANCE SPACE
AROUND THE OVEN OF AT LEAST 20 CM.
HANDLING AND POSITIONING OF THE OVEN
Assembly and installation
• It is advisable to remove the slats inside the combustion
chamber to facilitate handling thus considerably reducing the
weight.
• Remove the slats inside the chamber if handling of the oven
involves rotation to one side.
Assembly and installation
• If with base, remove the feet and position the oven at the
corners of the base.
