SERIAL NUMBER LABEL
The serial number is a grey screen-printed adhesive label applied to the back of the oven.
The following data are legibly and indelibly marked on the plate:
Name of manufacturer
Model
"Made in Italy" label
GENERAL INFORMATION
IMPORTANCE OF THE MANUAL
This manual must be read and understood in its entirety before the oven is used.
This manual must always be available to "authorised operators" and must be kept close to the oven.
The manufacturer will not be held liable for any damage to persons, animals or property caused by failure to
observe the regulations described in this manual.
This manual is an integral part of the oven and must be kept until final disposal of the oven.
The "authorised operators" must only carry out work on the oven that is specifically their responsibility.
"OVEN OFF" STATUS
Before carrying out any maintenance and/or adjustment work on the oven, it is mandatory to make sure that
the oven is actually switched off and cooled down.
WARRANTY
The oven is covered by a twelve-month warranty, starting from the date of the fiscal receipt issued at the time
of purchase.
Within this period, any parts which, for ascertained and unequivocal reasons, prove to be defective in their
manufacture, with the exception of components subject to wear and tear, shall be replaced or repaired free
of charge only in our factory.
Shipping and labour costs are excluded from the warranty.
The warranty terminates if it is established that the damage was caused by: transport, incorrect or insufficient
maintenance, operator inexperience, tampering, repairs carried out by unauthorised personnel, failure to
comply with the instructions in the manual.
Any recourse against the manufacturer for direct or indirect damage resulting from the time the machine
remains idle is excluded:
failure, waiting for repairs, or otherwise referring to the physical absence of the equipment.
TAMPERING AND/OR REPLACEMENT OF PARTS WITH NON-ORIGINAL SPARE PARTS WILL TERMINATE
THE WARRANTY AND RELEASE THE MANUFACTURER FROM ALL LIABILITY. ANY INTERVENTION MUST
BE CARRIED OUT BY A SPECIALISED TECHNICIAN.
