6. Cut the insulating sheets for the bottom panels to
size.
Insulating sheet, bottom rear panel:
775 x 550 mm.
Insulating sheets, bottom side
panels (2x): 380 x 550 mm.
7. Slide the insulating sheets into place in the bottom
panels of the insulating cover.
Fitting the heat exchanger
1. Fit the mounting supports and the connection col-
lars to the heat exchanger with the sealing mate-
rials and fasteners supplied. Pay attention to the
position of the mounting supports.

2. Attach the self-sticking sealing tape around the
opening on the heat exchanger.
3. Fit a drain cock to the bottom of the heat exchan-
ger or close it with a cap.
4. Decide how you want to position the heat exchan-
ger: with the maintenance hatch on the left or on
the right. (The maintenance hatch is indicated as
no. 1 in fig. 09.20007.018.)
5. Put the heat exchanger on top of the fireplace. The
heat exchanger's connection collar slides into the
connection collar of the fireplace.
Make sure the cleaning hatch can always be
reached.
Make sure no dirt enters the heat exchanger.
