To activate the lock, press "Mode" for 3 seconds, the indicator light
will turn
on and all functions will be locked.
To deactivate, press "Mode" again for 3 seconds, the lock light
will turn
off and the functions will be unlocked.
ALARM DOOR
When the refrigerator or freezer door is open for more than 2
minutes, the alarm will sound. If time is extended, the alarm will
sound 3 times every 1 minute and stop automatically after 10
minutes. The alarm will also stop sounding when the door closes.
To save energy, avoid holding the door open for a long time when
using the appliance.
Note that the product is set to operate at room temperature
between 16 and 43 °C. The appliance may not work properly if left
for a long period at a temperature above or below the indicated
range.
6. USING YOUR APPLIANCE
In order to use the appliance as best as you can, please read
carefully the following tips on food placement:
• Keep space between the food to facilitate air circulation.
• Food should be stored in an airtight package to prevent
drying or odor.
• Hot food should be warm before introducing it in the
refrigerator/freezer. Otherwise the temperature and therefore
the electrical consumption will increase.
• Vegetables should be placed in the drawers of the
refrigerator. Under no circumstances should you freeze fresh
fruit and vegetables, as they will not be fit for consumption
once thawed.
• Reducing the frequency of door opening can reduce energy
consumption.
