Before the first use:
Assemble the device in accordance with the illustration in the instructions. The set includes two types of
bolts. Use the larger ones to attach the sneeze guard and the smaller bolts with nuts to attach the glass units
in the top panel of the device. Prior to assembling the supports, run the lights power cable through one of
the supports and connect it to the lead on the side of the device using a plug. Insert excess lead carefully
into the device.
Usage:
WARNING! This manual includes instructions for two different bain-maries. One – the RCBM-6D should
not be filled with water, whist the other – RCBM-6WA, should be filled with water. Prior to use, make sure
you know which device you have.
Before you switch the device on, make sure the thermostat is set to "0". The lights are controlled by using
the on/off switch which is marked with the number 1 on the control panel.
Before use fill the food container wells with water. Remember not to exceed the maximum level, marked
inside the wells (applicable to the RCBM-6WA – model). Then insert containers into the wells. Containers
may be inserted both with warm food or empty. In the latter case, the food will be added to the containers
which are already in wells. Use the thermostat to select the desired temperature. Once the required
temperature is set the device will switch on automatically. The orange heating on indicator light will come on
and once the pre-set temperature has been reached the indicator light switches off. When the temperature
drops, the device will automatically activate the heating process until the pre-set temperature is reached
once again. When not in use set the thermostat to „0" and remove the power cable from the socket. Wait
until the device cools down, remove, wash and dry the containers, empty and dry the wells (RCBM-6WA ).
