3. There are objects around the charging base and the robot is blocked.leave at
least 0.5m space in left and right ,and keep at least 1.5m blank area in front.
4. Make sure the Charging base is placed on flat ground and against the wall, do
not move randomly

can contact your operator to help you.
5. Restart your Wifi device (router, TV box) and try again.
In case of a low battery level, fixed-time cleaning can be started only when the
battery level is no less than 30%
The robot consumes a little power if it is always placed on the charging base and
it enables the best performance of battery
The lithium battery can be used immediately after being charged and has no
memory effect

through the Senya Smart app.
