CARE AND MAINTENANCE
WARNING
• All maintenance should only be carried out by a qualified service technician.
• Before cleaning or performing any maintenance, turn the saw OFF and remove the battery
pack from the tool.
• Always use only a soft, dry cloth to clean your tile saw; never use detergent or alcohol.
Lubrication
Lubricate all of the bearings in this tool regularly with an amount of high-grade lubricant,
sufficient for the life of the tool under normal operating conditions.
Cleaning the Rip Fence and Miter Guide
During use, the rip fence and miter guide will become dirty. It is important to clean them often
for smooth sliding.
Cleaning the Tile Saw
a. Detach the battery pack.
b. Remove any and all accessories/parts (e. g. miter guide, bevel support, etc.) from the
sliding table.
c.
Using a small brush and/or water, clean each piece thoroughly removing any trapped
debris.
d. Remove the water reservoir plug (Q) and empty wastewater into a bucket. Do not allow
the water to splash onto the ground or around the saw.
e. Rinse the saw thoroughly. DO not letting water get inside the battery compartment.
f.
Discard the wastewater in accordance with local regulations.
g. Dry off the tool.
h. Replace water reservoir plug (Q).
i.
Evenly brush the oil with a rag/brush to lubricate the two slide rails.
