Installation
WARNING: Before starting any work on the gas installation, turn off the gas supply. Risk of explosion.
1. Connect the appliance to the gas tap from the shortest route and in a way that prevents leakage. For
safety reasons, the hose used must be a maximum of 125 cm and a minimum of 40 cm.
2. When checking for gas leaks, never use a match, lighted cigarette or similar flammable materials.
3. Apply bubble soap to the point of connection. If there is any leakage, bubbles/foam will form in the
soapy region.
4. If the table-top cooker is to be mounted in a cupboard or drawer that can be opened, a heat protec-
tion panel with a minimum opening of 15 mm must be mounted under the hotplate.
LPG connection
For the LPG (gas cylinder) connection, attach the metal clamp to the hose leading from the LPG cylinder.
Attach one end of the hose to the hose inlet connector behind the product by pushing the end of the
hose through the heat of the hose with boiling water.
Then place the hose clamp towards the end of the hose and tighten it with a screwdriver.
The gasket inlet connector and hose required for the connection are shown in the picture below.
NOTE: The regulator installed on the LPG cylinder must have the 300 mmSS characteristic.
