PROBLEM
The hob does not light.

SOLUTION
Make sure that the hob is connected to
the mains
connected to the mains and that it is
switched on. Check if there is a power cut
in your home or in the area.
Assemble the lid correctly.
Check that the gas valve is open.

Clean with a dry cloth any food debris
that may be obstructing the flame outlet.
Dry the burner feet with a soft, dry cloth.
Assemble the cover correctly.
Clean the burners properly.
Turn the cooker off, wait for one minute
and then turn the cooker on again.
Turn the hob off and check that there are
no draughts that could be affecting the
hob. Wait one minute and turn the hob
back on.
Clean the flame diffuser.
Check the type of gas you are using.
Mount the burner cap correctly.
Immediately turn off the gas hob, close
the gas valve and open the windows in
the room to ventilate.
