Wenn Sie die Muldenlüfter VL 040/041 neben einem Gasgerät eingebaut haben, müssen Sie
beim Kochen jeweils ein Luftleitblech LS 041 auf jeden Lüfter stecken. Das Luftleitblech
verbessert das Absaugverhalten bei Gasgeräten und vermeidet ein Erlöschen der Flamme durch
den Luftzug bei Kleinstellung der Gaskochmulde.
Vorsicht, Verbrennungsgefahr! Das Luftleitblech wird im Betrieb heiß. Lassen Sie die Lüftung
nach dem Abschalten des Gasgerätes noch 1 – 2 Minuten nachlaufen, um eine schnellere Ab-
kühlung zu erzielen. Die Töpfe sollten einen Mindestabstand von 20 mm vom Luftleitblech haben.
Stecken Sie das Luftleitblech wie in der Abbildung gezeigt auf das umgedrehte Lüftungsgitter.
Bei Nichtgebrauch können Sie einfach Gitter und Luftleitblech, wenn es ausreichend abgekühlt
ist, umgedreht in die Muldenlüftung stecken. Das Luftleitblech können Sie in der Spülmaschine
reinigen.
If you have installed the hob extractors VL 040/041 next to a gas appliance, each has to be fitted
with an air baffle LS 041 while cooking. The air baffle not only improves the air flow of the
extractor next to a gas appliance, but also prevents a flame which has been set to a low level
from being extinguished.
Caution, risk of burns! The air baffle heats up during use. Leave the extractor on for
1 – 2 minutes after switching off the gas appliance, in order to allow the air baffle to cool down.
There should be a minimum distance of 20 mm between the air baffle and the pots.
Place and snap the air baffle on the ventilation grill which has been turned over (see the above
picture). After use and once the air baffle has cooled down sufficiently, it is possible to store the
air baffle inside the extractor, by simply turning it over (the air baffle remains attached to the
ventilation grill). The air baffle can be cleaned in a dish washer.
