Troubleshooting
12 Troubleshooting
Warning and error messages shown on the hand switch display are
generated by the control and provide information about possible faults
and their cause.
Troubleshooting procedure
1.
Check all plug connections for correct seating.
2.
Check the voltage supply.
3.
Check all cables for pinching or shearing points.
4.
Exchange the lifting module or the control unit (referencing necessary).

The solution
No communication between control unit and control
panel. Check the connection of the control panel.
Interrupt the voltage supply for 30 seconds.
For distribution: Always switch on all control units
simultaneously!
Control unit in reference mode.
Perform the referencing.
Message disappears after short synchronization.
Interrupt the voltage supply for 30 seconds.
Push a button to reset the error.
If the error continues to exist, separate the control unit
from the mains for 30 seconds.
If this does not remedy the error, contact the service.
Push a button to reset the error.
If the error occurs without collision, reduce the
sensitivity of the collision detection using the keyboard.
