5.1 Product description
The basic function is the retraction and extension of the lifting modules
• Power supply unit and synchronous control for lifting modules
• Operation of the lifting modules (retraction and extension) using the
connected hand switch
• Clamping protection due to safety stop; 25 mm before the retracted end
position and further movement at reduced speed
• Height indication [cm/inch]
• Collision protection (optional)
• Synchronization of up to four controls possible by means of optional
distributions
• The control unit will switch off in case of excessive heating
Overload protection
To prevent damage to the lifting module, the control unit identifi es
an excessive loading of the lifting modules by means of the power
consumption and switches them off.
The overload protection must not be used and load limitation in
everyday use!
5.1.1 Safety area
During retraction, the travel movement will stop 25 mm before
the end position.
The user must release the button and press it once again to move to
the end position at reduced speed.
Up to FD 2021-08: This safety area (0-25 mm) cannot be changed.
From FD 2021-09: The safety area corresponds to the safety area
set by the user, condition on delivery 25 mm, see section 9.3.8
"Change safety area [from FD 2021-09]"
Duty cycle
10% = 2 min ON, 18 min OFF.
The control unit monitors the real power consumption and stops
the lifting modules, if necessary, to protect them from overload.
With partial load, the duty cycle is extended.
