9. Troubleshooting
9.1 Troubleshooting WRU 400 / WRU 410
Fault when opening
Red LED flashes 2x
LED does not change
from red to green.
Access point does not
open.
No LED indication, regular
or irregular acoustic
signal.
The locking authorisations of the user keys are retained even after a power interruption and
do not have to be redefined unless the locking authorisations were assigned during the
malfunction.
Possible cause
• User key is not authorised.
• Distance between user key
and antenna too great.
• User key is not authorised.
• User key is not authorised.
• Locking element defective.
• Loose cable connection.
• Control defective.
• Reader defective.
• Control incorrectly
parameterised.
Remedy
• Program the user key.


25 mm between the user key and
antenna.
• Program the user key.
