9 Liter Double Basket Air Fryer Use Instructions
To avoid the food to come into contact with the heating elements, do
not overfill the cooking baskets.
Never cover the air inlets and outlets, this will prevent even cooking
and could damage the appliance or cause its overheating.
Do not add more than one teaspoon of oil or fat inside the cooking
chamber. Do not cook fatty meat that could release too much fat.
During cooking, the temperature inside the appliance is very high.
Do not place your hands or any other part of your body inside the
appliance unless it has completely cooled down.
During operation, the air is released through the air outlets. Keep
your face and hands at a safe distance from it. During cooking and
when drawing out the baskets, pay attention to the hot air coming
from the appliance.
Always wear protective mittens when handling hot components and/
or accessories. The outer surfaces of the appliance can become hot
during use. The baskets and trays will become very hot even after the
appliance has been switched off.
Never cover the top part of the appliance during the cooking.
Laying accessories on top of the appliance could damage it.
When appliance is switches off, let it cool down for about 30 minutes
before cleaning or storing.
Before first use
Before first use remove all packaging materials. Remove protective film (if present) from compo-
nents.
Rinse and dry all accessories, clean the outer and inner part of the appliance with a damp warm
cloth and pre-heat the appliance for a few minutes to burn off any residue.
Make sure the two cooking baskets are placed correctly and closed properly otherwise the applian-
ce will not work.
Caution: Do not touch the hot cooking baskets during or after use. Only hold them by the
handles.
In the first use, it is advisable to run the appliance empty for 10 minutes.
The appliance could emit smoke and a slight odor the first time it is switched on. This is not a defect,
the smoke and the odor should disappear after several uses. If the smoke and the smell will continue
after the first use, turn off the device and contact Beper s.r.l customer care.
