Console Assembly Instructions
NOTICE:
Do not plug in until instructed.

Join sectional units. Sectional units use a single bracket system to join the pieces together; the
bracket system is not intended to be weight-bearing. The joining bracket is positioned in the up (or
"receiving") direction when mounted on the right (as sitting) side of a unit, and in the down (or "en-
gaging") direction when mounted on the left (as sitting) side of a unit (F
2. Take note of the bracket direction on each unit that you are joining.
3. Align the units to be joined next to each other and align the mating brackets.
4. Starting with either the right or left arm unit and the unit next to it, slightly spread the front
corners of the two units, enough to view the joining brackets.
WARNING
– To reduce the risk of serious injury:
• The front of the unit must be raised to engage the front bracket. Please seek assistance
if you are unable to lift at least 57 pounds.
• Keep feet and other objects clear of the unit when lowering into position.
NOTICE:
To reduce the risk of product damage:
• Lift from the base rail. Do not lift from the upholstery or the bottom of the legrest.
Lift the front corner of the unit with the bracket facing down, in the "engaging" position,
approximately 1" – 2" above the adjoining unit, move the unit over to close the front gap and
gently lower into place, making sure the two brackets are engaged.
5. Repeat the steps until all units are joined.
WARNING
– To reduce the risk of serious injury:
• Do not move the units while connected together. The purpose of the bracket system is
to connect the units and prevent them from being separated while on the floor. The
bracket system does not provide adequate structural support for the movement of
connected units.
All modular units must be disconnected to safely move the modular group. To disconnect the units,
lift up the left side (sitting) modular unit (with threaded studs) approximately 3" to clear the front
attachment bracket, move the front of the unit over and return it to the floor. Slide the unit with the
threaded studs backward to disengage the rear bracket.
6. Locate the transformer (F
4) in packaging. Connect the power cables of the console to the
