Console Grounding Instructions
DANGER
– To reduce the risk of electric shock, serious
injury or death:
• Do not modify the plug provided with the product. If the plug will not fit the wall outlet,
have a proper wall outlet installed by a qualified electrician.
• Do not attempt to disassemble or service the product; no serviceable parts are inside.

WARNING
– To reduce the risk of electric shock

• Never operate the unit with a damaged electrical cord or plug. Check the condition of
the electrical cord and plug monthly.
• Do not allow electrical cord to be pinched anywhere.
• Do not place cord under carpet or in a location where it could become worn.
• Keep the electrical cord away from heat sources.
• Connect this furnishing directly to a properly grounded wall outlet only. Do not use an
extension cord, adapter or surge protector. Improper connection of the grounding conductor
can result in a risk of electric shock. If you are unsure for the proper grounding of the
product, check with a qualified electrician or serviceman.
Grounding provides a path of least resistance for electrical current to reduce the risk of electric shock
if it malfunctions or breaks down.
This product is for use on a nominal 110–volt circuit and is equipped with a 3-prong, grounding plug
shown below. Plug directly into a properly installed and grounded outlet, as shown in the illustration
below, in accordance with all local codes and ordinances. The outlet should have the same configuration
as the plug.

• Liquids exposed to electricity pose an immediate risk of electric shock. Do not use this
product if it is wet, in contact with or near spilled water or any liquid. Do not handle the
plug or remote control with wet hands. In case of spills on or near the power console,
immediately unplug the unit from the wall outlet and consult an electrician.
WARNING

• Disconnect the electrical plug from outlet before cleaning, moving, servicing or when not
in use for an extended period of time.
1. Lift the upholstered or wood flip top to access the storage compartment and USB charging port.
2. Plug in small electronic devices to the USB charging ports. Note: The USB port is for charging only
and does not save or transfer data.
