trophon EPR is not defective, or require you to bear repair and shipping costs if you are not
entitled to the benefit of this warranty.
We will repair or replace any defective trophon EPR at our discretion. If we are unable to do
so for any reason, we will discuss with you for an appropriate solution including upgrading
you to a newer model or refund the purchase price.
Please note that goods presented for repair may be replaced by refurbished goods of the
same type rather than being repaired. Refurbished parts may be used to repair the goods.
